Institutional Terminal is currently offered as a free, invitation-only pilot for evaluation and feedback. These terms govern access to, and use of, the landing page and the terminal. By accessing the terminal you confirm that you are a financial professional and that you accept these terms.

1Informational use only — not investment advice

Institutional Terminal is a research and decision-support tool. Its content, including AI-generated sentiment scores, signals, rankings and analytics, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

2No regulated service

Institutional Terminal is a software and information product, currently provided free of charge for informational and demonstration purposes only. It is not an investment firm, investment adviser, or financial intermediary, is not authorised or regulated by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or any other financial regulator, and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any other regulated investment service within the meaning of MiFID II or applicable national law.

3No reliance & automated AI content

Sentiment scores and signals are produced by an automated AI system and are probabilistic informational estimates, not automated decisions or advice. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and any names, headlines, prices or scores shown are illustrative and are not recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should conduct your own research and consult a licensed professional before acting.

4Free pilot — no commercial relationship

This platform is currently in a free, invitation-only pilot phase. No fees are charged, and no commercial or service agreement of any kind is created by accessing or using this terminal. Access is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes only and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

5Market data

The terminal aggregates public market data and news from third-party sources. Some data is shown in real time and some on a clearly labeled delay. All data is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose, and may contain errors or interruptions.

6Performance

Any historical or hypothetical signal accuracy shown inside the terminal reflects past behavior only. Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal.

7Independence & trademarks

Institutional Terminal is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any exchange, index provider, data vendor, or any other financial-data or terminal provider. Index names such as the S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, NIFTY 50, CAC 40 and Euro Stoxx 50, and all other product and company names, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Institutional Terminal accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from access to, use of, or reliance on the platform or its content during the pilot phase.

9Privacy

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not collect personal data during the pilot, other than a strictly necessary cookie that records your acceptance of these terms. Should data collection change, this section and a dedicated privacy notice will be updated accordingly.
